i need a program that be able to send out messages to all the members on this site

this site doesn't uses any security image to prevent ( automated bot ) whenever you send out messages but however it does not
allow you to send out more than 3 message a day ( 3 message per day is the limit unless you paid )
is there any way to bypass this and also be able to send out messages to all it members on the site ? please bid according
and tell me what you could do ..maybe we can work out a deal ..
if not ..is there a way we can extract all the members email address on that site into a .txt file ? based on search result or whatever ??
