Dating type Web Application

I would like a site similiar to [login to view URL] built in C#.NET and sql2000. This is a dating type web app but I'm just using it to learn. And I will pay well.

PROJECT INCLUDES:

Users can register, (browse option w/ cookie to remember search settings, photo only search option, find user search), send/recieve emails (account includes mailbox), emailed account info, upload up to 10 photos to sqldb (single main thumbnailed photo, then smaller thumbs of all uploaded photos beneth the main photo - ability to set size of all thumbnails), registered users can post comments on each photo and utilize a rating system for each user profile and individual pics, ability to add friends to to "friends list" or "favorites" and build a online profile thanks to a questioniar. Expand/collapse nodes on the profile answers when viewing user profile. And a customizable poll.

Also track clicks on links which is reported to admin only in a datagrid with the link and amount of clicks recieved. A break down of unique and repeated hits for who has been online for the day, previous day, current users (annoymous and members) and total registered users.

All written to sql db. Global site URLs. Admin users/profiles with ability to ban users. Checkbox option for caching certain profiles (if possible). And last but not least, I would like to build the navigation into the namespaces. So it can pull templates or whatever.

SYNOPSIS:

Basically like myspace but not in coldfusion, in C#.NET. I'd do it myself but Tutorials and books aren't cutting it. heh Thanks. And please bid. :)

2) Installation package not necessary. Must run on .NET Framework 1.1
