Advanced online drawing program

I am actually unsure of the practicality/feasibility of such a project as this is a unique idea that I wish to add to en existing website.

Genre: Tattoos Design

Idea:

The ability to design/draw your next tattoo.

Features:

Either start from scratch or select from a library of images separated in genre, ie. celtic/tribal/skulls etc to give you a basic image to start manipulating

User can then design their next tattoo using the online program which would need to have as much functionality as possible.

Obviously text(size/font/colour/warp)

Pencil drawing ( various sizes )

Eraser

Shading

Shapes

Colour fill

And any features that could be included in the editor.

The user would then be able to get the image e-mailed to them/saved to a DB by paying a small donation ( worldpay/paypal )

I am sure the above could be accomplished in a variety of ways.

Now for the sublime:

What would really make this program suitable for the end user and set it apart would be if the image could be added to a 3d model, ie Select body art/area and apply the image on the 3d model so that not only could users design their tattoo, they could also see it on the model.

The above might be a bridge too far regarding build costs but if I dont ask I will never know.

If you think you could tackle this project, please describe in as much detail what capabilities you could incorporate into the software and quote with and/or without the 3d model concept.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I am flexible and could find hosting to suit, however if using a database I would prefer Access to keep costs down.
