ASP.net Website With SQL Server DB

I want to develop website with asp.net xml, xslt AJAX and sqlServer. The site will have username and password and will display the data for each ser and take some input. Around 20-25 max screen will be there. The total number of tables are around 20. The application has to be developed in three tier architecture and the data from SQL server has to be fetched in xml Format and displayed using XSLT transformation. I want functionality like pining the menu frame. The other part of website is admin part which will contain giving acess of the to the user for certain feature. The admin website will maintain users. their groups, display template ,some other extra stuff. I m personaly Computer Engineering but because of time constraint I cant do it. If anyone who have experience in asp.net AJAX should consider this project. This is going to be very challenging role so if you are not very technical dont dare to bid for it. If you need any technical help I am willing to do it. If possible send me your work sample :) Also the professional graphics needs design I can give you layout but you need to create images.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Windows 2003/vista IE/Firefox Compatibility. has to be in asp.net 2.0 and above.
