ASP Classic VB text file search

Need a simple asp classic VB script. It will be a very simple search engine.
I will put the search form on our internal website. When the user enters a search term and clicks submit it will:
1. Open all the text files in the root directory of the site. They will all have an .asp, .html, or .htm extension. New files will be added over time though. So the script must be able to open all the text files in a specified directory without knowing the name of each file to be opened. It must get the file names when the script runs.
2. It will then search each of the asp/html files for the search term.
3. If the search term is found it will capture the title of the page which is the text between the <title> </title> tags. It will also capture file name so a hyper link to the file can be created.
4. Search results page will list page title and a link to the page. If more than 20 results are found, it should stop displaying results after 20. Instead it will display the first 20 found and say "Too many results found. Please narrow your search"
+ Search should support AND boolean operator.
+ Search should not get errors if user accidentally enters in "<" or ">" or other html elements.
+ Once you write the script I will install it on our web server.
