I want someone to build a mobile app that can be downloaded by users from my website www.competence247.com. The app should be a version of the very website [login to view URL] that the app is being downloaded from. It is a live examination test centre where visitors take live test after login. Tests are in different subjects created with database updated from time to time with additional questions to help students prepare for computer examination. Job is in two parts namely:
1. The mobile app is expected to allow the users to play the test on his mobile device while online.
2. The second mobile app version is also expected to be such that the user can use the live test programme when offline. That will require him/her to have the device updated periodically by downloading new features (preferably newly added questions) to his/her mobile device whenever the device is online.
I will like to grant an access login key to whoever wants to see how it works. You don't need to register if you are about to bid for this job. Just login with the following three information i have created for you
