Android e commerse app

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. i need android ecommerse android app.

you can use magento or opencart for this project.

need login / reguster by mobile number only.

if user logged out, add to cart button should redirect user to login page and only logged in user can view the price.

need location / city based product price.

want to start app like "just buy live"

you can download from play store for reference.
