Simple Android & iPhone Dictionary Application

I need a very simple Android & iPhone application.
Please BID with a price for BOTH platforms.
I would prefer to work with a single developer for both platforms.
Implementation is quite simple & straightforward.
I need an app that displays letters A-Z.
With the alphabets, there's a list of dictionary terms (there are approx. 4,300 in total). When a word is selected users will be brought to a page where the definition is shown and if applicable a related terms).
Simple. Straightforward.
The database will be provided and I can supply any necessary icons and splash screen graphics etc
Application requires ads to be displayed at the bottom when used.
Aimed at maximising ad impressions as users browse through every page.
Apps must be compliant to be listed on Android & iPhone MarketPlace.
Applicants with GOOD USER INTERFACE will be chosen. (If possible) Send me a rough UI image. If you have created dictionary apps before please send me links or screenshots etc.
NOT LOWEST PRICE.

If possible would like the facility to update the database from time to time.
