Add functionality to existing iPhone User Interface - Comparison App

Hi there,
I need a comparison app for iPhone. There are about five or six websites that have to be searched when the user enters a search phrase. I don't own the websites. Four of them are eCommerce websites, one or two are classifieds websites (not like eBay, no bidding system). For example user searches "iphone 5", then the app has to search the relevant local websites and give results based on best price.
The user interface will be designed by someone I already work with, so it's only the programming part. The data does not run on my own server, and I am not sure whether the websites will cooperate in allowing me access, so keep in mind that crawling the sites may have to be done without direct access. The App will be submitted to the App store as free download, so functionality has to be perfect. Again, it's only the coding, no designing!
After this project goes well we may have several other projects pending where we do the UI design and a freelancer adds the functionality.
The App shall be submitted under the clients name and no credits will be given to either my company, the UI designer or the programmer.
