Simple Cross Platform App to scan the bar code and pass it to MS Access

Hello There,

I am looking for someone to built an cross plateform App which can be installed or used from both IOS and Android to scan the Bar-code.

Basically, I use MS Access for my products, now I want an app to scan the bar code

--> once scanned its passes the Information to MS Access form (or any custom Forms with the details) with Barcode detail

--> where I can enter the rest detail of the products into the form along with Customer Details (as we are small manufacturer the cloths and we only manufacture once we got the order for specific customer so we need to attach specific customer to a product)

--> then save it in MS Access. (the Idea of developing such app to reduce using additional hardware also)

I have been looking at the open-source software called ZBAR and I quite liked it, do have a look and I think its the simple one, wouldn't take you much time to do so.
