Phonegap: IOS & Android app

I need to create a mobile app for Android and IOS. Please see attached screens.

Features:

- Design responsive, app should be work fine in smartphones & tablets.

- Designs should be exactly like attached screenshot.

- When Im seeing

Sections:

1) Splashscreen 4 seconds

2) Will bring post from via feed from a Wordpress Site. (I can go to next post making a right or left finger movement)

3) Will bring post from via feed from a Wordpress Site. (I can go to next post making a right or left finger movement)

4) Will bring post from via feed from a Wordpress Site. (I can go to next post making a right or left finger movement)

5) App will host 2 html5 games with sound.

Project requirements: (Dont post if you dont meet this requirements)

- Have good feedback

- I wont pay milstone/project until I test both app(ios/android) on my mobile phone and check if all works and design specifications are ok.
