Android App With Sql Server Databasee

I need to create a simple android app with the following functionality:
1. SQL Server 2008 R2 data base which has employee table (employeeid pk, employeename)
2. Create and android app using xamarin
3. Add Text Box which takes employeeid
4. Add Button- On click event fetch data from sql server database and bind it with gridview
Very simple no rocket science.
