Create 1,000 Q&As to maintain health of people discharged from hositals

We are creating a tool to help maintain the health of people who are discharged from hospitals after various surgical procedure. As such, we need to create a set of instructions and questions to help them understand their post-discharge care plan and why each item being monitored/prescribed is important and affects their health.
This project involves:
1. Research the leading websites to create a database of the ~1,000 most frequently instructions given to a discharged patient and the questions most frequently asked by patients about these instructions (e.g., why to I need the walk the prescribed time/distance each day after being discharged).
2. Compile the answers provided by each site
3. Identify the best answer among the sites OR draft a composite answer based on information provided by the various sites
Answers should be written simply so all patients can understand. Answers should also be short -- such that a person can answer in 15-30 seconds
