Video Streaming on Android from linux

1- Capture video (without sound) through a VGA camera , installed on a linux system.

2- On the Linux system, a small server written in java should stream the video to the output device.

3- The output device is an android phone, where an app using the VideoView widget should stream the video.

4- The connection between the linux Java server and the Android device is to occur through wifi, using a TCP socket connection.

5- The video is to start streaming from the server , as soon as the android app is launched, i.e. no control buttons are required.

6- Sound is not required.

7- Excellent Java programming knowledge is required, as the whole project should be in Java
