* ‘Defender’ secure by design egress easy clean hinges as standard.

* Factory applied 3 coat Sikkens micropourous paint / stain system as standard.

* Soft coat low ‘E’ energy saving double glazed units with warm edge spacers as standard

* Sliding sash windows with either traditional cords or chains as standard.

* Entrance doors with multi point locking including 3 latch positions as standard
