Baseball simulation

I'm looking to create a full game baseball simulation (text based). I have the database in place online, as well as the engine that will create the outcome of each at bat. I have partial simulations already online using the game and database, just not a full 6,7 or 9 inning game. I can show you the links to each game.

I need someone to help create the game, starting from team and player selection, positions/batting order, continuing to the actual game. There are roughly 30 different situations between the batter and runners on base. I need to take my results from the game sheet/engine and make sure each is coded properly to ensure a realistic game along with accurate statistics.

I'm looking for someone with a sports backround to help. My current programmer has got me this far, but I need someone who understands the game of baseball completely. Any questions, let me know.
