Automatic Thread (forums) creator Application

I need an application that can connect to several forums and submits a new thread automatically.

This application must allow for the user to submit the URLs from several forums to post new thread.

i.e.

Forum #1 - [Enter URL to Post New Thread here]

Since most forums require a username and password be entered before you can post a new thread, this application must check for stored passwords in the default browser, or simply allow for the storage of username and password for the corresponding forum.

i.e.

Forum #1 - [Enter URL to Post New Thread here] - [Enter Username here] [Enter Password here]

The application must allow for some sort of timetable. For example, "renew 1 day later", "renew 1 week later", or simply, "never renew".

Finally, this application must submit the thread.

NOTE: I don't mind if this application is run off of a VPS, I can supply this, but if it is created to be run off the desktop, it must be compatible with MAC OS.
