Create a simple database on Google App Engine for an Android

I am a novice android developer and I am working on an application that needs access to a scalable online database. After doing a little research, I learned of Google's App Engine, discovering that I can use this service to store and retrieve data. Unfortunately, the implementation of the database is a little above my talent level. Here is a list of deliverables that I need created by a capable service provider:

Firstly, I need you to create a datastore (database) on the app engine with these specifications:

table name = HHDb

column1 = day (unique integer id starting at 1)

column2 = question (Text)

column3 = answer1 (Text)

column4 = answer2 (Text)

column5 = answer3 (Text)

column6 = answer1_count (Integer)

column7 = answer2_count (Integer)

column8 = answer3_count (Integer)

table name = Comments

column1 = id (unique integer id)

column2 = day (integer)

column3 = comment (Text)

column4 = picture (Blob)

Secondly, I would need a set of java/android specific functions that I could call from my program to access/store/retrieve/modify the database. From the research that Ive gathered so far, it seems that the way to do this is to send arguments via POST or GET methods to the DB where queries are completed online and sent back to the device. Either that, or you could simply explain in detail, how to manage the DB in another manner.

That's it. I believe this to be a fairly quick and simple project for somebody who actually knows how to work with GAE, hence the low budget. As stated, I do not need an entire application built. I only need the database along with an explanation and/or java functions to modify the data from my android application. After task acceptance, I will provide my GAE account that I created solely for this purpose.
