We require full system, server side with administration, client and design. Also we need technical workflow charts of all what is happening inside of system and source codes.
There must be two way to log in.
1. Through website
2. Through USB stick
-There should be program in USB where user can set his/her username/password and when USB is connected to computer it opens side tab on desktop where is quick links to mailbox, calendar, online files, etc.
-USB should have serial number identification for closing it, if it gets lost or stolen.
Web offices will be installed under hosted sites so it must operate under different domain.
We do not pay anything advance!!! If you do not agree this, please do not bid!
Software should contain at least these features:
Document Manager (must be sharable to another worker in same domain (company))
Online Calendar (must be sharable to another worker in same domain (company))
Web Meetings
Mailbox (also webmail) which uses pop3 service of hosting company
Task Manager
Web Database (I think these options requires this, but I am not expert. Hosting company includes database on their service).
Simple forum (could be from free forum vendor, if outfit is changeable.)
Announcements.
Contact List.
Expense Reports
Opinion Polls.
Palm/Outlook Sync
Admin Tools (with all needed features, including system to deny use of stolen usb stick).
Customization (hide/unhide blocks of desktop, multilangual support, we deliver finnish/? languages).
Add-Ons (If you have more ideas)
Design must be fantastic, and software must be easy to use, because customers look those in firstplace. (my opinion)
We also require support and bug fixing in first year and after that we could pay for support.
There are features that might be difficult and maybe they are not needed. If you cannot do some feature, please tell it now. That won't drop you automatically.
