I need to develop a game for Android and iOS

I have a great idea to develop a game for Android and iOS devices. This game will need to be compatible with Tablets and also have option to play online with other players. I will not write the full idea of the game here since I want to keep it private with the freelancer that will work with me. The freelancer will do all the work, I am here just for the idea and the concept.
This will be a blooming game app, I have searched in the app stores and I can't find anything like it, simple, unique and entertaining for all ages.
This game needs to be challenging and leveling, scoreboards and rewards.
Pay for unlock-able objects is a plus.
