Video Editing - Change background on a Video

Hello,
I need the background of the attached video changed.
At the moment there is a background with rugby posts on it.
I need a background of a soccer game. A soccer crowd and perhaps soccer posts if it looks good.
Preferably an Australian looking soccer game or a generic looking game. Backgrounds that look European or non-Australian won't work.
The birdmen and the fence need to stay in the video, as well as the small writing in white on the bottom and the black background super at the end of the video.
I will need another 7 videos like this. The winner of this project will be asked to do those aswell.
