Magento Admin Login Fix

I am in need of someone that is a magento expert. I have move a magento website from one server to another and everything is up and running with the website. But when i go to the admin login for Magento for the site and try to the login the page just refreshes and stays on the page. My research tells me this is related to a cookie/session issue that I need to get fixed.
If you have experience with Magento and know how to fix this promblem please apply. I would like to get this fixed today.
