Design a simple collaborative-consumption App

I am a product manager looking to work with a designer to create UI designs for a mobile app idea. I want designs that can be demonstrated on invision (or similar app) so that I can test the idea and refine before finding someone to build it. I do not require a developer at this stage. I am very collaborative and very happy to work with you to bounce ideas if needed.
I have mocked up several pages already and can provide user stories once we kick off - I would like the opportunity to chat to anyone interested and see some examples of work done before I share mock-ups and user stories.
The idea & creative direction:
The idea is for a consumer marketplace related to collaborative consumption. A good understanding of current consumer UX principles & super-simple design is preferred to suit the target user. Seeing as the we are talking about a market where there is very little benefits to an end user in terms of monetary benefits - this app needs to be something that you WANT to use, not HAVE to use. I want this app to be functional, basic and totally stinking of super-simple, peeled-back design.
As before, I would like the opportunity to give more creative direction after I receive interest and can talk you through guidance.
Feedback:
I expect that I will be able to give several rounds of feedback and that you will provide me with the questions to help shape the designs to avoid too many rounds of feedback. I also expect that any of the design work will become my IP at the completion of the project.
