Design of a desk calendar

A desk calendar for 2016 needs to be designed using some base material and a theme. The calendar would be a monthly calendar with 12 pages corresponding to each month and additional 2 pages for cover and back. The core photo for each month has been pre-defined however the background, dates & cover page design need to be finalized. As an end product would need high resolution images for each of the pages designed in format to be specified subsequently.
