Design an MS Word template for business reports

As a market research company, we constantly send business/industry reports to our clients. These documents (prepared in word and converted to pdf before sending to client) need to be in tune with our company branding.
We are currently overhauling our branding with a new logo, new color schemes and fresh web presence (image of new design attached).
So, I am looking for someone to create MS Word Templates for our reports that are in tune with the new branding. Different page templates are to be created so our internal teams can use your templates to produce elegantly designed reports.
Some of the pages/elements we will need you to create: header, footer, table of contents, cover and final pages, graph & chart templates, headings and various other elements.
