Design a T-Shirt 2016

I would like to alter the attached design (FRONT ONLY) so that it says FLESHCO RETREAT where DAVE MATTHEWS BAND currently is and SUMMER 2016 where TOUR 2016 currently is. I would like to use the same shades of white and grey that the attached design uses. I would like the format/font of all of it to be as similar as possible to the attached design.
I want to put this on a t-shirt so it will need to be clear enough to be blown up to that size; if you think the attached files won't work please feel free to find another image of the same file or let me know. I need this done in the next day or two (by July 11) if possible please. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
