I own a mental health counseling business and am trying to find an identity to suit the business outside of the traditional logos I've seen/ been offered (brains and trees seem to be the norm). I work with all ages with the average age around 20. I think I'd prefer a typographic logo, but this is not my specialty so am open to ideas. Regardless of whether the actual image is in color or not, it would have to look good in black/copied, as I have to use fax machines to transmit forms (minimal fading/ gradient use). No cheesy clip art or block lettering.
