Createspace Book Interior Design & Cover

I just found out that Createspace cannot format my manuscript because I have 163 images. The manuscript is done (160 pages), and I have 3 mock-ups for my front and back cover to give direction to the designer. I would like a beautiful modern apothecary design, with a Hawaiian feel, for my book. The manuscript is over 450 MB, so I'm guessing that with all of the images and miscellaneous files that we would need to transfer via dropbox.
