I have a translation website, where freelancers meet employers to make translation,
I need a resolution system where the employer and employee can enter in dispute in case they cannot understand each other on quality, late delivery etc
in case of the quality, the system will invite other translator with same languages let say french-english skills to give their point of view on the issue, they can say the quality is 75% good, or below 50% or NO ISSUE with the quality.
the admin an choose and input:
1. dispute categories
2. number of judges
3. time limit to respond for judges
4. recompensation of judges(cash or points)
5. deadline to submit dispute response for employer or employee

the whole development will be done in wordpress, user system is already completed.
