Build PHP appointment booking system

I'm looking for a PHP-based site to be built where an individual can select a location, service day and time to book an appointment.
I should be able to have a CMS backend where I can upload a list of locations, a list of services, and control the days/times that are available at each location.
I would like the Twilio framework installed so that SMS messages (along with emails) are sent out automatically notifying an individual that their appointment has been confirmed and send another message a few hours before their appointment as a reminder.
A separate SMS message and email should be sent to pre-defined phone numbers and email addresses with appointment info.
