Scope of Work
1. E-learning portal with 1000 number of learners (Unlimited learners in future scope) : Single Sign on and authentication Functionality
2. Creating the back-end database and designing the User Interface
3. Separate domain will be provided to make this portal live
4. Different types of content : Notes, Videos, Presentations
5. Discussion platform will also be included in the portal
6. Work flow of the portal
a. Student/ Working professional with a link sign up on the portal
b. Based on user category (High school student/ University Student/ Working Professional), User can be able to view the course to enrol.
c. After enrolling, user will be shown the schedule to complete the course
d. Every user will go through test after each session (Multiple Choice)
e. User can also comment in the discussion forum to discuss on various emerging technologies/ issues
f. After the completion of course, User will be provided a certificate which will be generated automatically
g. Document upload facility for the user in case of case study or live case
h. There will be business logics/ rules applied to have user restrictions for content
i. Each of the category of user will have physical kit attached, which user can order online. Payment gateway will also be integrated with the portal.
j. Referral program : User can refer anybody by providing an email (Incentive Program : later stage)
k. Analytics for user : Course completed (%), Skill Level, Lacking Areas, Strong Areas
7. Portal should be dynamic and responsive
8. Seamless configurability for administrator : Administrator can able to customize any part of course, content, user type, modification in the content based on user type and functionality without any help of the developer
9. Blog will be integrated with the portal
10. Analytics for administrator : No of users enrolled (real time), Users at which stage, User’s Progress
11. Storage Media : Cloud Platform will be used
