Banner Designer - Part Time but Long Term

Looking for a creative banner designer. We currently have several designers that we work with on web design but they are not very creative when it comes to banner design.
We normally need banners of sizes:
125x125
300x250
468x60
728x90
160x600
Must have a good understanding of how to create complex backgrounds and blend text and pictures to create elegant banners.
This is an ongoing job. We have banners to design almost every week. Some weeks just a few, some weeks quite a lot.
