I am looking for a very sharp looking real estate auction flyer to attract people to my real estate auction website. I will be hanging this flyer inside stores and business's. It won't be advertising one particular property; it will be a business gathering flyer. I am looking for people that need to sell their house. So I want the flyer to be an attention getter. You are walking out the store and you notice the word” AUCTION" on a flyer and it gets your attention. Then you go read it and it describes my business. I am attaching a flyer that looks pretty good. But it needs to have a real estate theme. I have attached an image of another flyer with the words "real estate auction" on the side. I like the looks and shading of this.
Please make up a sample and let me look at it. I won’t choose a bidder and then have them make it. I do not have time for that.
