Amendments to PDF no re design required

I had some work done a few weeks ago from another Freelancer, however she is currently busy and i need some changes doing. There are basically 2 PDF's that i need changing. I have attached the briefs, once these 2 pdfs are complete i then need exactly the same but the only difference instead of the US $ in the pdfs i need them changed to Euro Sign. This should be a very quick job as is simply just amending and changing some words and replacing a couple of pictures.
Please remember the designs have already been done so should be a straight forward job
