Alter some Images , changing a sticker

I am looking for somebody to create a sticker for me. I've been using the current sticker but I am not happy with the graphical appeal.
I would like somebody to change the image (enclosed) to something more visual appeal. The format of the image should be PS, with a low and high resolution png.
The sticker has to have the same dimensions (Important keep the same scale), the word (FLOOR) must be in black or gray, the word (BED) in yellow. The two circles have to be in the same position.
Please feel free to choose the Fonts, color of the background and the outside frame (rectangle with round edges).
I would like to add in the right bottom corner the company name. An Image with the logo of the company will be supplied.
Please keep the number of colors as low as possible.
It is my first project using freelancer.com and I will use it as an experience for future designs.
