Adapt an existing product label to new outline and specs received from factory

I have an existing set of product labels for our juice drink, However, because we are changing contract manufacturer, we have been provided with a new outline that the existing label must conform to.
Additionally, there are technical specifications for the quality of the artwork that is acceptable to the printer, which we must meet.
We need someone with experience of designing product labels to print standard, including working with barcodes. You will need to recreate or fit existing label into new outline required.
