Convert HTML To Wordpress

I have a website that is currently running locally, its a dynamic site currently in HTML. I need it converted to a Wordpress theme.
It must look identical to what I currently have.
It is less than 10 pages in size, this is not a big project so any silly quotes will be rejected.
MAXIMUM BID IS $100 : If you cannot do it for that or less then do not bid. Its clear that people aren't reading the description, if you can't read the maximum bid then your not someone I want to work with as communication would obviously be a problem.
You will need to be able to make an exact copy of my current site using Wordpress and using a template system I currently use which is BeTheme.
BeTheme must be used and customised of course to look like my current site. My current site is offline only but if awarded the project you will get the current site files to use of course. My current site is similar but not the same as this one :-
