Calendar for 2012 in Illustrator, Indesign...

I need calendars in many forms (monthly in a grid, 31 days in horizontal line, in vertical line, planners, pads, wall calendars, etc...) in the following file formats:
1) Adobe Illustrator
2) Adobe InDesign
3) Adobe Photoshop
4) MS Word
5) MS Publisher
For each calendar I need 2 sets: Week beginning on Sunday and week beginning on Monday.
Interested candidates please send a sample of a few months (for any calendar) in Indesign format.
