Designer must be able to communicate through skype sharing screens shots as they design to ensure the project is on track and to avoid timely revisions. Project must scale into ongoing work with the same design. Budget do not reflect budget for dashboard but for the entire project. Currently need dashboard UI but will accept delivered work to consider for the additional pages required. Must agree to fixed price for dashboard. Dashboard must be completed within 32 hours. If successful, we can start on the additional 100 + pages needed.
