Colour coding web page and making icons look better

I have an online business. I have re-designed one of the sections that has video content availability. The entire website has a colour scheme. We have already designed the page, we need someone to:
a) Put the required coloured back grounds in the specific area's
b) Make the 6 icons looks more professional
c) make the buttons in the icons change colour when the curser moves over the top of them
Pretty easy job for someone in design. Page is already there, we just need someone to do the little bits we are unsure of.
