Bluetooth Hacking App Needed

I want a bluetooth hacking app. I want it custom designed. Want to get it in .jar format as it can be used in majority of the phones.

Features needed in the app:-

Firstly however advanced the phone is the app should be able to hack the [url removed, login to view] all the features should work with the app without pairing the fones. If pairing fones is compulsion then it should automatically pair with the fone without asking for permission of other device

-Read SMS

-Make Phone call

-Send Sms from his no to any people

- Switch off the phone

- Play music

- Browse entire gallery

- Transfer/recieve files

-Read Contacts

- Change cell phone operator

- Read memory card

- Add contacts to his phonebook

- If on the same network ability to hack his mobile balance.

- Turn on/off alarm

- Control each and every aspect of target's phone

Most important is that it shouldnt ask for pairing or if it asks for pairing, it should automatically pair with the target cell phone. It should be able to hack his phone however advance the phone is and how much ever security the phone has
