I have a wordpress theme here [login to view URL] (it's still in development).
What I need:
1) add a layer with an individual background in the header area I mark on the image attached.
2) Move the search bar from the bottom here (see image)
3) Add another div with a png background here similar to the footer strip (see image)
4)Enlarge the drop down area of the menu so it displays the entire menu when needed.
5)Remove this little area above the newsletter area
6) Remove the twitter area and that bar
7) Add a bar similar to the one with the copyright, right beyond it (it will contain a centered image with four words)
8) Add 4 social media icons that I will provide with the words "Follow us" over the search bar.
Need it today, my budget is $45. No escrow, payment in full once done.
