Create a Prestashop 1.6.0.8 template

Hi,
I would like you to design a self-made template for my new PS 1.6.0.8 computer webshop. The template should:
1) be a 3 column template
2) follow the guidelines of HTML, CSS, ... for all popular browsers
3) if nescessary some module adaptations
4) colorscheme of our old website (you can get this url on request)

At the end of this project I would like to receive all files PSD, HTML, ...
Payment at the end of the project.
Before responding on this project make sure you have some references of corresponding website ready so I can judge your skills.
When this is terminated succesfully I want to have some modules redesigned. You will be the first in line to do this when interested.
I would prefer a quick photoshop design of what you have in mind before awarding this project.
