I have been working with another free lancer on a project and they have done very well. My client has submitted some final changes for the project and sadly the developer has basically now just ignored me and not completed the changes.
I believe there are only a few changes left to be made the portal, which can be viewed at [login to view URL]
I believe this work will take around 2-4 hours to complete. I am looking for a competent developer who is familiar with php and html and can complete this project immediately as it is delayed. There are some logic areas in php which result in certain outcomes etc so a strong knowledge of php is essential, no idiots who just bid with no skills.
Full payment will be on completion.
