I need design and development for a website ([login to view URL]). It is currently in wordpress and I don´t wan't to use it anymore. I'd like the website to have responsive design (adjust to any device, such as mobile) and parallax scrolling (as in these sites, for example: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] )
For now it should be elegant and simple, but I´d like to expand it in the future to contain video and occasional posts, which I'd be able to easily upload myself.
The website should detect whether the visitor´s IP is from latin america or somewhere else and show the initial webpage in portuguese (in the first case) or english.
The website should have responsive design (adjust to mobile exhibition, for example) and parallax scrolling.
The website must allow for updates to be made by me without any need of assistance, be it to change videos or add posts.
I´d like the website to have the law firm´s name and logo on the top of the page.
Under that, a nice image in black and white of Brasília (I will give it to you, but you can suggest other images, if you think is best) that would parallax scroll with the page.
Under that, the three pictures and small bios of the partners would move into position. There would be a small video under each partner's description.
