Design pictures by contour drawing

I am looking for the artist or art-student, who is able to adopt the style and create paintings on paper with the size of approx 11 inches width (to fit to the scanner) using contours I will give to you. You can print the contours and draw your own designs.
I am giving to you the examples of the painting. I am not limiting you in media used. It could be any mixed combination of:
1. Acrylic Paint
2. Crayons
3. Water-Color
4. Oil Paint
5. Graphic design
In case you you create it in Photoshop it should still look like hand-executed painting. Hand strokes or even texture should be visible.
It MUST be in vivid colors.
You are expected NOT to copy, but paint on the contour provided by me with whatever mixed media from the list above..
I need the heads only, not backgrounds. The painted image should be not larger than 11 inches to fit to my scanner.
I don't care if you use photo shop, but I need it to look like HAND-PAINTED.
Pick the contour(s) you like and give give me 2-3 samples of your results. Then, I will order 20 designs from you.
In the next month I will order several hundred of new designs.
