City Cartoon Map

I am interested in having the art work created for a City Cartoon Map I am doing which will highlight aproximately 50 business locations and each will have a custom sign. There will be a few extra items like billboards or hot air ballons.
The city is a coastal community which will show the gulf of mexico as the bottom border.
I will provide three pictures of each building or other object such as vehicles. All of the locations will be located on a google maps and additional info such as a street grid will be provided upon request. I will also include for reference the old Cartoon Map done over ten years ago of the city.
Attached is a map image which is in the style that I would like the new map to be created to look like., also attached is a map showing the actual city area.
The Trim size will be 18 x 24. The final product will need to be in a digital version with the individual businesses able to be printed individually as well as shown on the map.
This is my first City Map created and marks the start of my marketing and publishing business. I am interested in finding an artist that will fit my budget and create the art work desired. We will be marketing and producing other City maps and are looking for an artist who will be the right match us.
