Create a high resolution vector image out of our band logo

Hello there!
We created a band logo out of the Windows font "Copperplate Gothic Bold".
It's a jpg file which can pixelate.
So it's not suitable for high-resolution projects.
The logo should be retraced as a vector image.
The final image should be delivered as .png, .ai file and an altered .pdf file for a
band banner (size specifications will be hand in later).
The files should be finished during this week.
