Banner for Homepage - Exquisite Design

We require 1 Banner designed for our home page. We have very specific instructions for this -
- Banner size = 1500width, 440height
- It requires a transparent background, or better, the background of our site - I will give this to the winning bidder.
The style is -
There will be a laptop (mac) image in the middle of the page that we will embed a video on - this should be centered in the middle and be about 660 x 400 in size, or normal small vid size/whatever you think looks best. Around that there will need to be little icons of various size in a digital format - rss feeds, mail icons, social media images etc etc. Please see the below two examples -

We don't want to intense a colour scheme, but this will be up to your discretion to make look good. Winning bidder will have access to site to be able to judge and design accordingly.
Obviously the above two examples cannot work due to the specifications of dimensions, which is why I have asked for it to be custom designed. Attached is what I sort of envisage (obviously this is extremely rough and not what I would like it to look like), but at least it gives you a feel for how it must fit within the dimensions.
Design MUST BE SYMMETRICAL
