Creative Cartoon Character Needed

Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for a creative and artistic person that is good with Adobe Illustrator and Artistic in Cartoon Characters.
I'm looking for someone to create one Cartoon Character with 3 - 4 different poses. Here are requirements;
- He has to be unique, not a copy of something you did for someone else or purchased it online and modified.
- Has to use red, black, white and orange/yellow
- He has to be corporate smart but also little goofy
- We need to be able to easily modify him, colors and make him small or large without breaking his outlines.
- Create him keeping the idea of him being an Artists, a Developers, Website Designer, etc.. please use these type and more areas within the character.
Attached are two files that I found online, that we'd like the right candidate to focus on when creating our Character, this is exactly what we want but because its available online for everyone to buy, its not unique but if it wasn't for everyone to buy, we would love it. That's the type of Character we are looking for. Mainly I like the "squarish" look, not round, his tongue being in a devils tail shape, etc...
Have a look at the example files. PLEASE KEEP IT WITHIN THE BUDGET! This is small project, nothing fancy.
To become the right candidate for this job you will provide us with 3 - 5 examples of your creativity and previous cartoon characters done for a company or product.
Please do not hesitate to send me your sketches if you would like to do them, just sketches they will help you and your bid become at the top of the list in selecting you for the job.
